Observations:
- For the same force, a thin adhesive film deforms less than a thicker film of the same adhesive.
- Thin adhesive film: Smaller deformation with higher stress peaks. In the test: Smaller elongation at fracture and higher strength
- Thick adhesive film: Greater deformation with lower stress peaks. In the test: Greater elongation at fracture and lower strength
